We pack safe by using bend-resistant stiffeners, weatherproof resealable plastic bags, and easy-open rigid envelopes. Further, we don't use glue, tape or staples to ensure you receive items in perfect condition. Every time. 

Our envelopes and stiffeners are paper based and fully recyclable.

Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. And typically a day after receipt subject to payment having been cleared. Delivery times are 3-10 working days for the UK, 7-10 working days for Europe and 7-15 working days for the Rest of the World. For stock held in the UK, delivery to a UK address is typically 3-5 working days. For stock held in Portugal, delivery to a UK address is 7-10 working days. 

Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery costs are minimal or FREE (for UK orders over £100 and overseas orders over £150). Maximum standard UK delivery is £5, but typically £1 to £3 for most items. UK orders over £100 are sent free via an appropriate tracked and signed-for service. Due to inconsistencies with certain overseas postal delivery services, all European and Worldwide orders are sent via tracked and signed-for services. This is free for orders over £150.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail and well established courier companies like Parcelforce, FedEx, DHL and CTT.

Items sent standard delivery are done so at your own risk. For your security, we obtain a Proof of Posting for all such orders. It should be noted that standard delivery items are sent subject to Royal Mail's terms and conditions. This will require the purchaser to make any claim for compensation through their postal service. Zeboose Ltd will do all that it reasonably can to support such claims.
