Michael Farrar-Bell

Michael Farrar-Bell (1911–1993) began as a painter of pub signs before heading Clayton & Bell, the celebrated Victorian stained-glass workshop. His Great Britain output includes 1953 Coronation (1s6d), Wilding definitive frames and 1965 Salvation Army (3d), and for the Crown Agents the Pitcairn Islands 1964 and Solomon Islands 1965 definitives, Bermuda 1968 Human Rights Year and Ascension 1968–70 Fishes definitives.
