20c Human Rights Year imperforate proof single mounted on Harrison and Sons presentation card with inscription 'More red'. Presumably an instruction as issued stamps are a deeper shade of reddish brown (particularly noticeable on the Queen's head and lower band of colour). Very scarce. Fine. SG249var; SC244var
