Eric Stemp

Eric Stemp (1924–2001) was a fashion illustrator whose drawings appeared regularly in Harpers Bazaar and Vogue and in advertising for Simpsons of Piccadilly. He taught at Central Saint Martins, drew screenplay sketches for Shirley Valentine (1989) and wrote Sketching with Eric Stemp (1988). For Royal Mail he designed 1979 Rowland Hill Death Centenary, 1983 Army Uniforms and several booklet covers.
