Ann Gillespie

Ann Gillespie (1935–2022) was born in Poole and studied at St Martin's School of Art and the RCA, where she met David Gillespie. They married in 1960 and formed a design partnership producing murals and sculptures for public buildings. She founded the stationers Paperchase and later became a children's art therapist. The 1966 British Technology 4d and 6d, credited to David alone, were joint work.
